Acceptance

By using snaptype or purchasing a Pro licence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Free tier

The free CLI is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it freely, subject to the terms of that licence.

Pro licence

• A Pro licence is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to all current and future Pro features.
• The licence key is personal and non-transferable. You may install it on multiple machines you own, but may not share, resell, or sublicence it.
• Purchasing grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use the Pro features of snaptype.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact support@snaptype.dev within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The licence key will be revoked upon refund.

Prohibited uses

• Reverse-engineering or extracting the Pro licence validation mechanism.
• Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing a Pro licence key.
• Using snaptype to generate types for illegal or harmful purposes.

Warranty disclaimer

snaptype is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, snaptype and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of snaptype after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
